Master's thesis describes and evaluates current position of the company, analyses the external and internal environment of the company and summarizes the results in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, some business development suggestions have been proposed in order to improve company's competitive ability.

Business analysis methodology for the implementation of information systems in telecommunication enterprises

The topic of the thesis is to build a business analysis methodology for the implementation of information systems in telecommunication enterprises in Czech Republic. This methodology is composed by qualitative research - grounded theory, supplemented by quantitative research and secondary research using an available literature. In the preparation of the methodology I have used the current needs of telecommunications companies, which are characterized mainly by high dependence on information systems, high flexibility, competition and shortening of the corporate strategy timeline. Business analysis in the telecommunications is mainly based on the strategic objectives and its task is to compile and analyze the business requirements that should be reflected in the new (upgraded) information systems while transforming strategic objectives into specific requirements for the operation of this system. Those systems should help fulfill strategic objectives. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part I was focuses mainly on the definition of terms, as well as the general methodology for conducting business analysis and their relationships with process and project management used in the implementation of information systems in telecommunications. Also I identified and explained the used research methods. The second part is focused on primary research. To obtain data the research was carried out interviews with 18 respondents from the telecommunications industry and their statements were subjects for quantitative and qualitative research. The data obtained were conceptualized, categorized and then coded into the resulting methodology. The thesis also includes a proposal for the use of the methodology in theory, practice and teaching.
Reviews of Financial Situation and Proposals with Focusing on Investment

The thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of company with using selected indicators of financial analysis. The first part introduce the company ANA-AQUALINE Ltd. over the period 2007-2009. In the second part is explained the financial analysis from a theoretical point of view and in the next part is implemented theory in practice. The last part describes the proposal of investment, which should help improve the economic and financial situation.
Sponsorship as a tool of effective communication

This Master´s thesis deals with a sponsor activities of Škoda Auto, a.s., that are used as one of the marketing communication instrument. The main pillar of the intention to make the communication more effective is the proposal for a new strategy of using sponsoring as an instrument that integrates it into the complex communication mix and by means of multiplication maximizes communication effect while pursuing fulfilment of marketing and communication goals of the company.

The company acts as a personal agency and it will deal with the activities, which are providing demand for employees abroad, who are missing in specific areas. The company will be located in Brno and also be represented in Norway. The theoretical part includes important basic concepts, which are close to the theme of this work. The practical part analyzes conditions and environment, which serve to build the intention and realization of the personal agency and its successful business.
